The San Marino national basketball team (Italian: Nazionale di pallacanestro di San Marino) is the national representative for San Marino in international basketball. They are controlled by the San Marino Basketball Federation (FSP).
The national team competes at lower tiered tournaments, being the European Championship for Small Countries, and the Games of the Small States of Europe.
Basketballklubben "San Marino" er en professionel basketballklub med base i San Marino. Klubben blev grundlagt i 1968 og spiller i den italienske Serie A2 Basket, den næstbedste række i italiensk basketball. "San Marino" har vundet en række trofæer, herunder den italienske Serie B-titel i 1998-1999-sæsonen og Coppa Italia Serie B-titlen i 2006-2007-sæsonen. Holdet spiller sine hjemmekampe i Multieventi Sport Domus i Serravalle.
